I wasn’t the kid who spent his childhood on playgrounds, playing games with friends. I was the introvert who found his friends on a TV screen.
Cartoons, series, movies, and stories became a big part of my childhood. Somewhere along the way, I started creating my own stories in my head.
I’ve forgotten many of them, but some stayed with me. And I think those stories are one of the reasons I started writing in the first place. So, this is the place where I share them.

Who is Ashish Dubey?
That’s me!
On paper, I’m a POD Department Lead at Apni Pathshala, working across 140+ learning centres, leading a team, building systems, and making operations work. I’m also a writer who has written 60+ blogs, worked in SEO and digital marketing, and explored AI, education, technology, and content along the way.
But Ashish is more than a designation or a list of things I’ve done.
I’m curious, an overthinker, a learner, a storyteller, and someone who enjoys figuring things out. I like understanding how things work, building something from an idea, and learning something new along the way.
And honestly, I can’t explain Ashish in one section. It would probably take a book.
So this is just the beginning. Read my blogs. Read my stories. And maybe, along the way, you’ll discover who Ashish really is.
My Journey with Apni Pathshala
I joined Apni Pathshala as an Incubation Manager, working with PODs — Digital Learning Centres that create opportunities for students to learn beyond the traditional classroom.
Along the way, I discovered another side of myself. I became a blog writer, wrote 60+ articles, learned SEO, and gradually took on more responsibilities.
With every step, I learned to solve problems, build systems, work with people, and eventually became the POD Department Manager, leading the department with my friend and partner Shailendra and working with 140+ Digital Learning Centres.
But for me, Apni Pathshala is more than a job.
I want every child to have the opportunity and guidance I once wished I had. I want to contribute to an education system where students have more choices in how they learn, what they learn, and how they grow. That is the kind of change I want to be a part of.
